Peter is Vice President of Environmental Services at Terrapex, and has worked in the environmental engineering consulting industry since 1995 and at Terrapex since 2004. Peter regularly provides consulting services relating to the assessment and remediation/management of petroleum hydrocarbon, chlorinated solvent, and inorganic contaminants in both overburden and bedrock media, including qualitative and quantitative human health and ecological risk assessments.
Peter has qualified as an expert witness and provided testimony in the areas of contaminant hydrogeology and contaminated site assessment and remediation, and routinely provides peer review / expert opinion services to clients in support of due diligence efforts, civil litigation claims, and subrogation claims.
Peter holds a BSc in Geological Engineering and a BA in Economics from Queen’s University. He is a Qualified Person in both environmental site assessment (QPESA) and risk assessment (QPRA), and a designated Consulting Engineer in Ontario.
