Associations and Certifications

Terrapex operates under Certificates of Authorization granted by Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO), the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario (APGO), Engineers & Geoscientists British Columbia (EGBC) and the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA). 

Terrapex and its staff are members of a number of industry associations, including the Canadian Geotechnical Society (CGS),  Ontario Society of Professional Engineers (OSPE), Environmental Careers Organization (ECO Canada), the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD), the Canadian Brownfield Network (CBN), the Ontario Environment Industry Association (ONEIA), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the National Ground Water Association (NGWA) and the Environmental Abatement Council of Canada (EACC).

In addition, we are the Canadian representative for the Inogen Environmental Alliance, a global alliance of consulting firms that is renowned for providing high-quality, and cost-effective environmental, health, safety, energy, and sustainability solutions to leading multinational organizations.

We run two comprehensively equipped materials testing laboratories; our Toronto facility is CCIL Certified for concrete and aggregate testing. We also offer the convenience of a mobile aggregate testing unit.

Our safety program has been reviewed and certified for various clients through our ISNetworld and ComplyWorks memberships.
