Chaoran is a licensed Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) in Ontario and a Senior Project Manager and Team Leader at Terrapex. Having worked in the environmental industry since 2011, he is well-versed in both due diligence and regulatory-driven environmental site assessment and remediation projects under provincial (Ontario) and federal jurisdictions.
In addition to his extensive experience in environmental site assessment and remediation programs, Chaoran has managed hydrogeological investigations in support of municipal site plan approval applications, as well as Ontario Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) Permit to Take Water (PTTW) and Environmental Activity and Sector Registry (EASR) applications. He has also prepared Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) applications in support of remediation projects.
Chaoran holds an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Chemistry and a Master of Environmental Science, both from the University of Toronto.
