David is a Senior Consultant at Terrapex who has been working in the environmental consulting industry since 1991. Over the course of his career, David’s focus has been on environmental due diligence, which has led to conducting and managing environmental site assessment projects across Canada, USA and Europe. David has managed the environmental due diligence on large portfolios of industrial, commercial and residential properties for real estate transactions, financing, as well as corporate mergers and acquisitions. His experience includes preparation of expert opinion reports and providing expert testimony, managing large-scale soil and groundwater remediation projects, and assisting property owners and developers with solving complex environmental problems.
David holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Toronto. He is a licensed Professional Geoscientist in Ontario and Alberta, and a Qualified Person for environmental site assessment (QPESA) in Ontario.
