Min is a Senior Project Manager and Team Leader at Terrapex, with over 20 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry. His expertise includes environmental site assessments, underground storage tank removals, indoor air quality and vapour intrusion monitoring, and both in-situ and ex-situ site remediation.
He has successfully delivered projects across residential, commercial, and industrial properties for private sector clients as well as municipal, provincial, and federal government agencies. Min is also highly experienced in managing complex, multidisciplinary projects, coordinating closely with hydrogeological, geotechnical, ecological, and designated substances teams to ensure integrated and efficient project delivery.
Min is recognized as a Qualified Person (QP) under Ontario’s “Brownfields” regulation (O. Reg. 153/04) and has filed Records of Site Condition (RSCs) following the completion of Phase One and Phase Two Environmental Site Assessments and Risk Assessments. He is also a QP under Ontario’s “Excess Soils” regulation (O. Reg. 406/19), with experience preparing Assessments of Past Uses, Sampling and Analysis Plans, Soil Characterization Reports, and Excess Soil Destination Assessment Reports, and filing Notices of Project Areas on the Resource Productivity and Recovery Authority (RPRA) registry.
Min is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
