The Globe and Mail interviewed Peter Sutton, Terrapex’s Vice President, Environmental Services, regarding Ontario’s new rules and excess soils regulations. The article, titled “Excavated dirt has long been a filthy business. Ontario introduced new rules to clean it up”, highlights the new provincial rules and features Peter’s insights and expertise in the environmental industry.

Peter was able to share his thoughts on how the new regulations will affect the industry, saying, “We’re really applying rules, belatedly, to an industry that has existed for a long time… And in order to do that effectively, those rules have to be seen as having real teeth.”
